About the Workshop
Introduction to the understanding of the concepts of spirituality and social hope, according to the book “Mind and Everything: Schemes for living” by Maghsoud Farasatkhah. The workshop includes two lectures in two sessions, focusing on “spirituality” and “relationship between spirituality and social hope”. Topics raised in the first session:
- What do we call spirituality?
- Mind design for spirituality
- The most important dualities of spirituality
- Spirituality: religion/beyond religion
- Spirituality: god/man
- Spirituality: ethics/ meta-ethics
- Spirituality: existential/cognitive

About the Instructor
Maghsoud Farasatkhah has studied Philosophy, Theology and Higher Education Planning and he is currently a faculty member of Allameh Tabatabae’i, University of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Islamic Azad Universities
