In the fifth conference of Rumi’s Moral Theory, held in December 2015, Kaveh Lajevardi has discussed the role of Testimony in moral epistemology. In his lecture, Lajevardi attempts to answer these questions: Does referring to an expert on ethical issues create moral knowledge in us and is it basically acceptable and even allowed to refer an ethical issue to someone else? In answering these questions, Lajordi focuses on articles published in 2011 by Sarah McGrath, a Princeton philosopher, and 2014 articles by David Enoch, a philosopher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
